I have slowly become very fond McD's coffee and muffin in the morning which, I felt offered good value in 2013. but this year, we see a 30 cents increase to what we use to pay. Totally unacceptable, more than 15% INCREASE is simply not legal - this increase is not warranted - no way the price of coffee has increased this much in a few months! I just had my last McD's coffee! Thank you for the short ride!
The service is so slow no matter what time of day your at this location. It takes forever just to get 2 coffees, they stand there talking instead of doing their job. The manager is nasty to the employees in front of customers. Has snapped at me before if I ask to have my coffee card stamped.
You new Mc Lobster is very blah,no taste to it & I had parts of the shell in mine, I choked on it. Glad I wasn't feeding it to a child. Way to pricey for what you get. The staff doesn't have a clue what they are doing at this location
I ordered a coffee and pop one day, I told them I had a free coffee on my card. Get to the window, the kid couldn't figure out he owed me $3.85 change and neither could the manager so they just gave it to me free. If they paid a decent wage and could get employees that enjoyed their jobs it would make most fast food places better to visit. There was one young lady on the window every morning that had it together all the time at this location but is now on over nights. A friend had to wait for two coffees the other day, was asked to pull ahead, when they came out he asked for a tray the kid ripped his head off about it. I love the coffee better than anywhere else but the service it HORRIBLE.
I visited your Oliver square location store #18059 at 11:26 according to my reciept and witnessed one of your female managers humiliating a fellow manger. It was quite disturbing so I wanted to inform you about it. She needs to be trained on how to talk to people, she rudly told him to " get his kitchen ready and to get to work" when he was???? I don't know where that was coming from except for that perhaps she was on a power trip? All I know is that I am a senior member of management at a major retail outlet and it is completely unacceptable how she talked to him. How many other people does she talk to like this and how long has she worked for your company? I sure hope somebody deals with her and her attitude because I frequently go there and the male manages are always amazing!
i am already irritated with the service i got at mcdonalds on jaimeson so came to this website to do a SURVEY only not to be able to find it instead i get to write a damn review..DIFFICULT MUCH!!! anyway the restaurant was in cambridge ontario the girl did not pay attention making 3 mistakes. she typed in coke instead of diet. she took 3 mc chicken sauces instead of 4 and didnt large size my combo how damn hard is it to take an order at a fast food restaurant when it isnt even busy. this restaurant has sucked ever since it opened if you live in this area take the time to visit the one on hespeler road trust me on this
I visited this MCDonads and ordered 2 big mac meals and this guy came behind me and ordered 1 big mac meal then when our order came the guy that had ordered one big mac meal steped up and was given our order and we ended up having to wait and order again, they were not busy at the time and the girl that took our order was training someone and went off when she took our order so when the 2 big mac meals where ready the guy who had the order did not know what person had ordered and just gave it to the guy that ordered one. Was not very impressed that we had to reorder and wait again.
We went to the Victoria Park and Ellesmere Mcdonalds and ordered 4 2 Cookie Cream Pies ... and they forgot to give us all we were shorted once again 2 pies..Tried calling them to let them know that they are shorting customers..no one answered the phone..my manager will be going over to have a word with them.
They suck almose everytime we go we have to keep repeating the order and they still short us.
Guess our fault for going back there.
i have worked this restaurant for like 2 weeks , even though i worked on labor day and my pay is suppose to be 1 and half but they cut it and also cut my hours too. the hiring manager of this restaurant is cheater cock. i will always advice you , never ever work for this MC Donald.
